Our Mission

Compassionate Path Therapy offers trauma-informed, affirming therapy to guide you on a compassionate path back to yourself. We support individuals, couples, and parents in living an authentic life where you can connect fully with who you are, and with the people around you.

We believe everyone carries an inner capacity for clarity, calm, and compassion. The patterns that bring people to therapy usually developed for a reason: they helped you get through something. We're not interested in pathologizing those patterns. We want to understand what they were protecting, and help you find new ways forward.

Part of our mission is that we create a space for you where it is safe to show up as your full, authentic self. We honor every part of your identity, including neurodivergence, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, and physical ability. Healing happens in relationships that feel safe and attuned, so we work to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and supported, especially when exploring something vulnerable.

Our hope, long term, is bigger than any one client relationship: a world where every person we work with, whatever stage of life or identity brought them here, is accepted for exactly who they are.
